1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website, purchasing any package, or engaging SotrakLegal Consulting Services ("SotrakLegal", "we", "us", "our") in any capacity, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We recommend reading this document carefully before making any purchase.

2. Our services

SotrakLegal provides professional consulting services across the following areas:

• Legal & Compliance advisory
• Business Strategy consulting
• Finance & Tax planning
• IT & Technology advisory
• HR & Recruitment consulting
• Government & NGO advisory

All services are provided on the basis of professional advice and guidance only. SotrakLegal does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, or legal outcomes as a result of our consulting services.

3. Packages & pricing

Our services are offered in three tiers — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — for each service category. By purchasing a package, you agree to the following:

• Package features and inclusions are as described on our website at the time of purchase
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• SotrakLegal reserves the right to update pricing at any time — price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal
• Package upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• Packages are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing client only

4. Payment terms

Payments for our consulting packages are processed through JazzCash and EasyPaisa. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• All payments are due at the time of purchase or at the start of each billing cycle for monthly subscriptions
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 5 business days before the renewal date
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is resolved
• All payment transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of JazzCash and EasyPaisa respectively
• Receipts and order confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at checkout

5. Client obligations

To ensure we can deliver our services effectively, clients are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requested
• Respond to our team's requests for information or clarification in a timely manner
• Use our consulting advice responsibly and in compliance with applicable Pakistani laws
• Not share, resell, or sublicense any work, reports, or deliverables produced by SotrakLegal to third parties without written consent
• Treat our staff and consultants with respect and professionalism at all times
• Notify us promptly of any changes in your business circumstances that may affect the scope of services

6. Intellectual property

All content on the SotrakLegal website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and design — is the property of SotrakLegal Consulting Services and is protected under Pakistani intellectual property laws.

Regarding deliverables produced for clients:

• Reports, strategies, and documents produced specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment
• Methodologies, frameworks, templates, and internal tools used to produce those deliverables remain the exclusive property of SotrakLegal
• SotrakLegal reserves the right to reference completed work as case studies (anonymised) for marketing purposes unless the client objects in writing

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during the consulting engagement:

• SotrakLegal will not disclose any client business information, financial data, or strategic plans to third parties without written consent
• Clients agree not to disclose our proprietary methodologies, pricing structures, or internal processes to competitors or third parties
• Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the engagement for a period of 3 years
• Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, SotrakLegal's liability is limited as follows:

• SotrakLegal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in the three months prior to the claim
• We are not responsible for losses arising from the client's failure to act on our advice, or from actions taken based on incomplete information provided by the client
• SotrakLegal is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting engagement under the following conditions:

• By the client: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us with at least 5 business days' notice before the next billing date
• By SotrakLegal: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these terms, fails to make payment, or engages in abusive or unlawful conduct
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• Termination does not affect confidentiality obligations or intellectual property rights that survive under these terms

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between the client and SotrakLegal, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct resolution: Contact us at Info.sotraklegal@gmail.com to resolve the issue informally within 14 days
• Step 2 — Mediation: If direct resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Pakistan
• Step 3 — Legal proceedings: If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan.

Relevant Pakistani laws applicable to our services include but are not limited to the Companies Act 2017, Income Tax Ordinance 2001, Sales Tax Act 1990, and the Contract Act 1872.

12. Changes to terms

SotrakLegal reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• Active clients will be notified by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect
• Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
